We got a submission sent in, which led me to this entire EP, because the submission is a track appearing on this EP. Along with the bandcamp embed, you can find the video of the submission specifically in this post.

I heard track 1, called Forget Everything, via the video I was emailed:

and immediately really liked the sound of the instrumental, and then the emcee, Landon Wordswell, came in, and not only can he come up with nice sounding, hooky, little melodies, he has nice, multi syllable, rhyme schemes, along with the ability to marry it with decent content, with depth. I did, however, notice the bad mix. It sounds messy, unclear, and strikes me as a ‘turn it up’ master. It sounds too dry, too muddy and cluttered, and not warm enough. The actual song, and the artistic merit struck me, though and so I went to listen to the entire EP. The whole thing plays through with the same idea – great music, headache inducing mixes.

This is definitely worth listening to.
