Harlan Ellison is one of the most interesting writers I’ve ever been introduced to. The man is a versatile writer with published works of short stories, short novels, screenplays, and essays. He is known for his ability to write complete stories on the spot of bookstore windows. Ellison’s work has explored all subjects that anyone can have an opinion on and approaches his writing with fantasy, satire, and science fiction.

In the course of a year, I have went through an entire learning experience with the constantly changing technology and the digital/information age. So although I have a personal story behind digital revolution and how it has changed me, there is a movie called “PressPausePlay” (2001) directed by David Dworsky and Victor Köhler which is a documentary that shows how the transfer and development of creativity, art, and ideas have been influenced by the digital revolution.
